Here's how it works:
Receiving Faxes
A personal fax number is linked to a user-designated email address. Concord customers
can choose either local or toll-free numbers in the United States and several other
countries. Faxes are sent to the user's personal number in typical fashion, but
arrive in the user's email inbox as attached TIF or PDF files to messages.
Sending Faxes
Sending a fax begins by composing an email. Attach the document you want to fax,
then address the mail to the fax number of the recipient. Once sent, the mail arrives
in Concord's secure, global network, where it is converted to a faxable format and
transmitted to the destination fax machine anywhere in the world.
