Concord Fax Online for Microsoft Exchange 2010 provides full support for Microsoft
Exchange Server 2010 in any deployment scenario. No need to install additional software,
purchase hardware or licensing or maintenance cost.
Using Media Gateways or SIP Trunks, Concord Fax Online seamlessly integrates with
Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging, regardless of Unified Messaging being on a
customer premised based server or hosted in the cloud. Even without the Unified
Messaging Role installed you can turn your Exchange 2010 investment into a powerful
and comprehensive fax solution just with a couple of mouse clicks.
Concord Fax Online supports all Microsoft Exchange 2010 mail clients including regular
Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web Access and Windows Mobile Outlook. All e-mail communications
can be fully encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Here's how Concord fax works with Microsoft Exchange 2010:
A simple dialog box
in the Microsoft Exchange Management Console allows administrators to specify a
URI for Concord's fully redundant high availability fax network. All that is needed
is a Concord Fax Online account and Microsoft Exchange 2010 users can start faxing
right away.
Receiving Faxes
Receiving faxes can be managed through Microsoft Exchange 2010 UM policies and can
also be enabled or disabled on a per user basis. Concord Fax for Microsoft Exchange
2010 works with virtually any media gateway that supports G711 or T38 for media
streams. Transport Layer Security (TLS) support is only required to use the optional
encryption for the IP media stream portion of a fax call.
